Reuses OEM Top Mounts:

This kit requires reusing your factory top mounts (also called upper mounts or strut mounts). The OEM top mounts are transferred from your factory suspension to the Tein coilovers during installation. Before installation, inspect your OEM top mounts for wear, cracks, or deterioration - worn top mounts can cause noise, poor handling, and premature coilover wear. If your top mounts are worn, replace them with new OEM or aftermarket units before installing the coilovers. This is the perfect time to inspect and replace worn top mounts as the suspension will already be disassembled.
