What’s Included — Complete Charge Cooling System

The BIG-350-S BigPack bundles two products that are designed to be installed together:

• do88 ICM-390-S — large-core front-mount intercooler (FMIC) with bar-and-plate aluminium core and black silicone end tank connections
• do88 TR-350-S-DO88 — black silicone charge pipe kit, dimensioned specifically for the do88 ICM-390-S intercooler end tanks

Together these two components replace the OEM intercooler and all charge pipes in the GR Yaris’ boost circuit, from turbo outlet through intercooler to throttle body inlet. The BigPack eliminates the fitment uncertainty of sourcing pipes separately and ensures every connection in the charge cooling system is matched and do88-engineered.

Why the BigPack Over Buying Separately

The do88 ICM-390-S intercooler requires the TR-350-S-DO88 charge pipe kit for installation — the OEM charge pipes are not compatible with the do88 intercooler end tanks. Purchasing the BigPack secures both components together at a bundle price, simplifies ordering, and ensures the complete system arrives together for a single installation session. The do88 intake system (LF-200-S) is available separately as a natural companion to the BigPack for a complete front-end charge cooling and intake upgrade.

ICM-390-S — Large-Core Front-Mount Intercooler

The do88 ICM-390-S replaces the OEM GR Yaris intercooler with a significantly larger bar-and-plate aluminium core engineered for sustained high-load performance and heat soak resistance. The OEM intercooler saturates rapidly under repeated hard acceleration — particularly on track — causing the ECU to pull timing and boost as charge temperatures rise. The do88 core’s larger thermal mass and frontal cooling area maintains lower charge air temperatures across sustained use, keeping the engine in its optimal operating window for consistent power delivery lap after lap.

TR-350-S-DO88 — Matched Charge Pipe Kit

The black silicone charge pipe kit is dimensioned to mate precisely with the do88 intercooler’s end tank outlets. It includes all aluminium pipe sections, silicone couplers, and clamps required to connect the intercooler into the GR Yaris’ boost circuit. No fabrication or adaptation is required — the kit routes and mounts in the factory charge pipe positions.

ECU Tune — Required

The improved charge air cooling allows the ECU to target more aggressive ignition timing and boost pressure without knock risk — but this potential can only be realised with an updated ECU calibration. The stock tune is calibrated conservatively around the OEM intercooler’s limitations. After installing the BigPack, a GR Yaris-experienced tuner can optimise boost targets, timing, and fuelling to extract the full benefit of the upgraded charge cooling system. Plan the BigPack installation alongside an ECU tune for best results.

Complete the System — do88 Intake (LF-200-S)

The do88 intake system (LF-200-S, sold separately) completes the do88 GR Yaris front-end performance system alongside this BigPack. The LF-200-S replaces the OEM airbox with a high-flow aluminium intake pipe and cone filter for reduced pre-turbo intake restriction and improved intake air temperatures — the natural companion to the intercooler and charge pipe upgrade for builds targeting stage 2 and above.
