This BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler features a 3" bar and plate core that is extremely durable and allows for greater airflow over stock. This BladeRunner Intercooler and tube kit features billet aluminium inlet and outlets with a quick-connect adapter and an o-ring seal to ensure a leak-free fit while maintaining superior strength and durability. 100% TIG-welded for race proven strength and durability. TIG-welding provides the strongest welds, reducing stress cracks. The included tubes are powder coated wrinkle black and are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum for maximum airflow. The smooth transition bends decrease turbulence and minimize pressure loss, increasing performance. Also featured are heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplings and stainless-steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps. This BladeRunner intercooler kit uses factory mounting locations for stability and easy installation. BladeRunner intercoolers are brush finished and along with charge pipes feature laser engraved aFe POWER logos.
