MartenWear Treatment

Boundary describes MartenWear as a second-stage heat treatment that hardens the exterior wear surfaces of its billet steel components while retaining the core properties. It is intended to improve wear resistance. It does not establish a safe engine RPM limit or guarantee protection against oil starvation, debris damage or pump failure.

No fixed oil-pressure increase, flow percentage, horsepower rating or RPM capability is promised. Actual oil pressure depends on temperature, viscosity, bearing clearances, engine speed and the complete oiling system. A pump upgrade does not correct an unsuitable pickup or sump arrangement.
