GK Tech Adjustable Rear Traction Arms | Nissan 350Z Z33 / Infiniti G35 | Spherical Bearings | 350Z-TRTN
GK Tech Adjustable Rear Traction Arms – Nissan 350Z Z33 / Infiniti G35 | Spherical Bearings | 350Z-TRTN
⚠️ ALIGNMENT REQUIRED — Installing adjustable suspension arms changes rear geometry. A full rear wheel alignment by a shop experienced with performance suspensions is mandatory after installation. Do not drive the vehicle at speed before alignment is complete.
GK Tech’s adjustable rear traction arms for the Nissan 350Z (Z33) and Infiniti G35. Heavy-duty steel construction with spherical bearings replacing the factory rubber bushings — eliminates the flex and compliance that causes wheel hop under hard acceleration. Fully adjustable length allows you to correct rear geometry after lowering or dial in rear suspension settings for street, track, or drift applications. Sold as a pair (left and right). Made in Australia.
Why Replace the Factory Traction Arms
The Z33/G35 factory rear traction arms use rubber bushings — a deliberate OEM choice that absorbs NVH and tolerates minor misalignment. Under hard acceleration loads, those same rubber bushings flex, allowing the rear wheel to move fore-aft momentarily. That movement interrupts traction and is the root cause of wheel hop. GK Tech’s arms replace the rubber bushings with spherical bearings — the bearing allows free rotational movement in the correct plane while eliminating fore-aft compliance. The result is a rigid, controlled connection between the subframe and the rear knuckle that keeps the wheel planted under load.
Adjustability
The threaded body allows you to adjust the arm’s effective length to correct rear geometry. This is particularly relevant for lowered vehicles — lowering the suspension changes the geometric relationship between the subframe mounting points and the rear knuckle, affecting toe and suspension behaviour. Adjustable traction arms let you compensate for this and return the geometry to a predictable baseline. For track and drift applications, adjustability also allows you to fine-tune rear toe settings beyond stock range in conjunction with other rear geometry arms.

Fitment
- Nissan 350Z Z33 (2003–2009)
- Infiniti G35 Coupe (2003–2007)
- Infiniti G35 Sedan (2003–2006)
Professional rear wheel alignment mandatory after installation — use a shop experienced with performance suspensions. Set arms to factory length as a baseline before alignment. Fine-tune after alignment if targeting specific geometry for track or drift use. Spherical bearings will transmit more NVH than factory rubber bushings — expected for a performance suspension component. Torque all hardware to specification. Re-check torque after first 150–200 km.
