Performance Formulation

Maxima’s FFT utilises a proprietary blend of synthetic polymers engineered to outperform conventional foam filter oils on two key metrics simultaneously — airflow and filtration efficiency. The formulation delivers up to 12% more airflow than competitive products while capturing up to 8% more contaminants. Conventional filter oils often trade one for the other; a thicker oil captures more particulates but restricts airflow, while a thinner oil flows better but filters less effectively. Maxima’s synthetic polymer blend maintains the balance between filtration efficiency and flow restriction across the operating range of the filter.

Water and Fuel Fog Resistant

The FFT formulation resists water intrusion and gasoline fogging — conditions that degrade conventional filter oils and reduce their effectiveness. The oil will not dry out in service, maintaining consistent filtration performance over the filter’s service interval without requiring more frequent re-oiling in normal conditions.

Universal Foam Filter Compatibility

Safe for use on all foam air filter elements — applicable to aftermarket performance foam filters (K&N, Uni Filter, Twin Air, etc.) and OEM foam elements across automotive, powersports, and off-road applications.

Sold as a case of 12 × 16oz bottles. Apply evenly to clean, dry foam filter element. Allow to penetrate and distribute through the foam before installing. Do not over-oil — excess oil can restrict airflow and contaminate MAF sensors on mass air flow equipped vehicles. Allow filter to dry before installation if applying by spray method.
