RaceQuip Large Full Containment Composite Racing Seat

Check driver fit, cockpit clearance and event eligibility: Large is the manufacturer's nominal 16-inch size, not the seat's overall external width. Confirm the full dimensional drawing, helmet/head-restraint clearance, harness routing and safe entry and exit before ordering. Mounting brackets are not included. The RaceQuip 96995599RQP Large full containment racing seat combines a one-piece FRP composite shell with extended shoulder, rib, hip and thigh support. Integrated halo sections provide additional lateral head support, while padded seat and back cushions help support the driver during a race session. Supplied in black in the manufacturer's 16-inch Large size. Ships fast across Canada and the US.

Fit and Installation Notes

This is not a vehicle-specific bolt-in seat. Measure the driver and cockpit, including the halo and shoulder areas, and check harness opening positions with the driver seated in their racing equipment. The 16-inch size designation alone is not enough to establish driver or vehicle fit.

Have a qualified motorsport installer confirm suitable brackets, structural mounting, fasteners and clearances using the current RaceQuip instructions. Inspect the supplied homologation label and seat condition before installation. Do not assume compatibility with every head-and-neck restraint or that the racing seat replaces a complete, properly configured safety system.
