For a Wilwood MC4 conversion, not stock rear calipers: This is not a general replacement cable kit for the factory rear brakes. Wilwood's 240SX MC4 rear brake installation requires an aftermarket non-hoop-style rear upper control arm for cable clearance and routing; the original hoop-style arm is not compatible with that installation. Rear brake components and control arms are separate from this cable kit.

Installation & Adjustment

Have a qualified brake installer follow Wilwood's current instructions for the associated rear brake system. The documented installation mounts the supplied cable bracket at the original location, connects cable clevises to the original balance bar, routes the cables toward the rear and secures them at the specified mounting points.

Attach the cable barrel ends to the MC4 actuator levers and secure them as instructed. Adjust each cable with the cabin hand lever fully released so the caliper actuator returns correctly to its stop. Verify balanced operation, complete release and clearance through suspension movement before driving.

This kit does not include the rear calipers, rotors or required aftermarket rear upper control arms. Exact cable lengths and individual hardware counts are not specified here. Test the completed parking brake system and inspect for interference after installation.
