The Toyota 1UZ-FE was produced in two distinct specifications: the Non-VVT-i (approximately 1989–1997) and the VVT-i (approximately 1998 onward). While sharing the same 4.0L displacement and basic architecture, the two variants have different intake manifold designs and fuel rail mounting geometries. The Radium 20-0961 is engineered specifically for the Non-VVT-i intake manifold — it will not fit the VVT-i variant. Confirm your engine variant before ordering. Each rail is equipped with three 8AN O-ring boss (ORB) female ports — six total across the pair. Multiple ports allow flexible fuel system plumbing configurations:

• Feed port: Primary fuel supply from the fuel pump or distribution block.
• Return port: For return-style fuel systems (most common in performance builds) — connects to the fuel pressure regulator return line back to the tank.
