The CSF 8404 second fuel rail kit adds a secondary top-feed port-injection rail to CSF's 8401 B58 and 8402 S58 No Limit air-to-air billet manifolds. It supports an additional six port injectors, allowing a total of twelve port injectors across the two rails. Ships fast across Canada and the US.

Installation and System Planning

This is a rail-and-mounting kit, not a complete supplemental injection system. Injectors, the manifold and the additional fuel-delivery and electronic-control components must be selected separately to suit the build. Return or returnless capability does not mean the kit supplies every hose, fitting or regulator needed for either layout.

Have a qualified fuel-system installer verify injector dimensions and seals, fuel compatibility, pump capacity, pressure control and controller integration. Follow CSF's instructions, secure and route plumbing appropriately, and pressure-test for leaks before operation. Configure the injector control and ECU strategy with a qualified tuner. No specific horsepower increase is guaranteed.
